Participants can expect to learn several methods of adding decorative embellishments to existing garments or projects, including spikes, lace, beading, and more.

All materials will be provided, and most skills taught can be done with or without a machine. The workshop will be followed by an open advising portion in which participants will receive one-on-one, professional guidance in their own costume construction projects!

Please bring along any projects, ideas, or inspiration to use as a starting point.

We will also have a costume swap, so bring the silly, strange, and unusual garments you no longer need.
