Demystifying the Guitar: Nathan Richardson is an experienced Luthier, guitar designer, and technician who loves to share his passion for all things guitar with musicians and musical instrument makers alike. His specific focus is to shed light on some of the most misunderstood topics in the guitar industry. In April 2019, he released his book, Learning to Speak Guitar: A Luthier’s Thesaurus, which delivers a new way of understanding through nurturing progress, dispelling myths, and fostering community. Richardson will speak about his pedagogy and share the knowledge he has developed while serving countless musicians, teachers, and shops throughout New England.

FREE for Mechanics’ Hall members, $8 general admission.  Elevator access to second floor library. Doors open at 6:45pm. Light refreshments are served after the talk at 8pm.
