We are pleased to welcome David Wolfe, founder of Wolfe Editions, right here in Portland. Wolfe Editions is a letterpress and fine art printing studio with educational programming. His woodcuts, prints and handmade books can be found in many museum collections. The Title of the talk will be “Letterpress Printing, So Old it’s New Again”. David is the proprietor of Wolfe Editions along with his son Sean where they produce letterpress books and fine art prints. He has been printing in Portland, ME since 1979. He is also a recipient of the Maine Craft Association 2018 Master Craft Artist award. Refreshments and conversation to follow the presentation.

FREE for MCMA members, $5 general admission. 7:00-9:00PM.  Elevator access to second floor library.
