Event Details

Do you long for the energy and inspiration that are part of the magic of a community of creative individuals? Join us for Makers Making Together, an opportunity to make time for creativity and engage in a creative community. For the first part of the evening, we’ll each work on our individual projects and listen to music (you’re welcome to mute the selected music and play your own), and then we’ll spend the remainder of the time sharing our projects (only if you want- there’s no obligation to share your work).

This event is suitable for makers of all skill levels and interests. What’s a maker? Makers are potters, poets, architects, painters, sculptors, dancers, musicians, menders, sketchers, photographers, bakers, knitters, fly-tiers, sewers, whittlers, jewelry-makers, and much more!

Reservations are required for this event and space is limited; register through Eventbrite to reserve your spot. This event is free for Mechanics’ Hall members and $5 for nonmembers.

Membership with Mechanics’ Hall is free for students and starts at just $50 a year for individual memberships, which includes use of the library, free and discounted access to programs, and much more. Consider becoming a member today and help support programs like this.
